    As part of our rental application process, we conduct thorough background checks via TransUnion, covered by the tenant's application fee. This includes a credit report to ensure financial reliability. We focus on bringing in only the most qualified applicants with high income and excellent credit.


    Additionally, we verify employment and contact previous landlords to ensure a strong rental history.
